Weekday Luxe — Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love every piece you receive, but if something isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Please try on items carefully. Items with signs of wear, scent, or damage may not qualify for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free, including shipping both ways.
- When you request an exchange, we’ll reserve your new item as soon as the request is submitted.
- Exchanges are available for size, color, or alternate item of equal value.
Returns for Refund
- Returns for refund incur a flat $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee applies for items in original condition.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply if items are returned worn, without tags, or not in resell-ready condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid label via email.
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
